corsair-vengeance

Corsair Vengeance i7500

The Corsair Vengeance i7500 is a real powerhouse in the world of gaming. It’s not cheap, but if you can afford it you’ll get killer performance and a good looking pc. This prebuilt have latest and greatest gaming components.

Specifications

  • CPU: Intel Core i9 14900KF
  • RAM: 64GB Vengeance RGB DDR5
  • Storage: 2TB M.2 SSD
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090

The Vengeance i7500 comes with some additional features that justify its higher price tag. Despite its power, it is surprisingly quiet, barely audible even from the next room. So you won’t have to worry about waking up someone or explaining to your roommate why the noise sounds like a jet engine revving up. Plus, it looks nice, especially if you like RGB lighting. When it comes to upgrading or rebuilding, both the case and power supply have plenty of space and capacity.

The Vengeance does have its drawbacks, especially when it comes to customization. Corsair limits your options there. For example, you can only pair the RTX 4090 with the i9-14900K, and if you want more than 64 GB of RAM, you’re stuck with an i5 or i7 CPU. And forget about getting a secondary storage drive with any configuration.

MSI Infinite RS

Casual PC gamers will be more than satisfied with MSI’s impressive performance, leaving only the most dedicated fraggers and benchmark enthusiasts wanting more. MSI Infinite RS 13th is an excellent choice for those looking to make a bold statement with their desktop setup. Its powerful capabilities make it an ideal centerpiece.

  • RAM: 64GB DDR5
  • Storage: 2TB M.2 NVMe
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
Acer Predator Orion 300 Gaming Desktop PC

Acer Predator Orion 3000

Acer’s Predator Orion 3000 is ideal for gaming at 1080p or even 1440p, but forget about 4K. Though its performance is slightly below par, the stylish, easy-to-access case and sub-$2,000 price make this an excellent first gaming PC for those new to the scene.

Specifications

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-11700F
  • RAM: 16GB DDR4
  • Storage: 1TB Western Digital PCIe SSD
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070

In a lot of ways, I believe the Acer Predator Orion 3000 is the ideal first gaming PC for someone looking to enter the hobby.

You can get one like our review unit for less than $2,000 and still get the power of an RTX 3070 in a sleek, reasonably-sized case that lights up and looks good on a desk.

The case is simple to open when you’re ready to try your hand at an upgrade (more RAM would be a good start), but even if you never upgrade, this PC has enough power to play the latest games at high framerates for years to come. Furthermore, it comes neatly packaged with a functional mouse and keyboard in a single, easy-to-open box.

Skytech Gaming Nebula        ($879)

The Skytech Gaming Nebula offers great value for 1080p gaming with an affordable price tag. Its compact design makes it a good choice for smaller spaces, and it delivers solid cooling performance for its price range.

Specifications

  • CPU: Ryzen 5 5500 3.6 GHz (4.2GHz Turbo Boost)
  • RAM: 16GB DDR4 RAM 3200
  • Storage: 1TB SSD
  • GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060 8GB GDDR6X

However, it struggles with 1440p or 4K gaming and relies on lower-end components, which may limit its performance over time. Some configurations come with limited storage options, and the system can get noisy under heavy use. While it offers RGB lighting for a stylish look, the overall build quality isn’t as premium as more expensive models.
